Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Rmanam Infotech Private Limited, we strive to deliver the highest quality services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where cancellation or refund requests arise. This policy outlines the terms governing such requests.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via registered email or client dashboard.
- All outstanding dues must be cleared before processing cancellation.
- If cancellation is requested before project initiation, up to 75% of the advance payment may be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
- Clients are responsible for backing up all data before submitting cancellation requests.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for the following services:
- Domain registration / transfer / renewal
- Web hosting (Shared, VPS, Dedicated)
- SSL certificates
- Cloud services & server licenses
- Third-party paid tools or software licenses
- Paid support & maintenance packages
4. Project Hold & Communication Policy
If a client fails to respond to communication or provide required project materials within 45 days, the project may be placed on hold. Continued inactivity may result in project termination without refund.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
6. Policy Updates
Rmanam Infotech reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
