Cancellation & Refund Policy
Welcome to the cancellation and refund policy of Rmanam Infotech Private Limited. We strive to provide you with the best possible services, and we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund for our services. This policy explains our cancellation and refund procedures.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel our services at any time by providing us with written notice through your client area. Before that, you need to clear all the pending dues(if any). If you reuest for cancel our services before we have started working on your project, we will provide a refund of 75% of advance payment amount. If you request for cancel our services after we have started working on your project, advance payment amount will be non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to backup all your data before you place the cancellation request. Once you place the cancellation request all your data from our server will be deleted and it cannot be retrieved nor restored.
Refund is not applicable on Domain registration/transfer/renewal, cPanel, Plesk, Control Panel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Server, Paid Support, SSL Certificate, Sitelock and any other paid license services.
No amount will be refunded if we do not receive any update, feedback, or review from the customer on their under-development project within 45 days after the grace period of project hold. For instance, if our technical team tries to connect with the customer for an ongoing project review but does not receive a reply, we will wait for the next 7 days, and after that, the project will move into a 15-day grace period.
Payment Refunds:
If we approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made through the same payment method used to pay for our services.
Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. We will post the updated policy on our website, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
